Begin Your Work at Home Search.

When first starting to look for employment from home, you will first want to look at the skills you already have.  Once you have that figured out, then you look for companies that hire for that particular skill set.  In this post I am going to discuss two great places that just about anyone can look for a temporary, part time, or full time position.

These websites are absolutely great in the fact that both offer direct payment methods, a vairety of areas of expertise, and you have some control over how much you are paid.  Although, the downfall with both is, you are competing with people from all over the world for the positions.

The first I would like to mention is Guru, Guru is a great place to bid on jobs and find great employers.  However, depending on your area of expertise, Guru does charge a fee for membership in order to apply for the “great” jobs.  But, if you are interested in call center/customer service work, there is plenty of jobs to bid on just by being a free member.  One of the things I like best about Guru, is that your earnings can be sent directly to your Paypal account, which is very nice if you have the Paypal debit card.

The next site I want to mention is Odesk. Odesk is very similar to Guru, but the membership is free, and you can bid on 20 different jobs in a week.  They also offer many different tests that you can take to prove your knowlege and make you stand out from the competition.  Odesk also offers a debit card to recieve your pay.

I would recommend checking out both sites and joining them.  You don’t have to spend a dime to join either one, and you may just find the perfect job too.  I have memberships on both sites, and highly recommend them as your first stop in your search to work from home.

Stay tuned for more information tomorrow, and thanks for stopping by.
